How Financial Advisors are Operating in this
New Era of Uncertainty

The Advisor Pulse Survey conducted by Red Zone Marketing and sponsored by Incapital is designed to better understand how Advisors are adapting and changing in response to crisis conditions and returning to the office.

Based on responses from numerous financial Advisors across the country, the data shows that, for example:

• 89% will be returning to a normal, in-office schedule sometime in 2020,
  with results varying based on geographic location.
   
• 81% of Advisors plan to communicate more with clients in 2020 than last year. The findings also reveal which communication tools are most popular.
   
• 52% have announced safety measures for clients or employees, including what types of safety measures will be employed.

The compiled research conveys how Advisors surveyed in May 2020 plan to protect clients/employees while moving back to work in the office, conduct marketing for their businesses, meet with clients and prospects, and use virtual forms of communication.

The survey was conducted between May 14-19, 2020 and included 301 respondents from 37 broker-dealers, banks and RIAs across 42 states.
